نوع ویزا
این نوع ویزا برای متقاضیانی صادر می شود که قصد ورود به تایلند با هدف گردشگری، آموزشی (موی تای، ورزش تایلندی، کلاس آشپزی تایلندی، غواصی) را دارند.
<مدارک مورد نیاز>
- پاسپورت معتبر حداقل ۶ ماه و دارای حداقل دو صفحه کاملا خالی.
- فرم درخواست ویزا و یک عکس رنگی (اندازه ۳.۵×۴.۵ سانتی‌متر) (با پس‌زمینه سفید) که ظرف ۶ ماه گرفته شده تا ظاهر فعلی شما را منعکس کند.
- کپی گذرنامه و کارت شناسایی
- اصل صورتحساب بانکی یا گواهی مالی (فقط به زبان انگلیسی) صورتحساب بانکی یا گواهی مالی باید حاوی مبلغ حداقل ۴۰۰,۰۰۰,۰۰۰ ریال برای هر نفر با حداقل ۸۰۰,۰۰۰,۰۰۰ ریال برای هر خانواده باشد. • متقاضیان زیر ۲۰ سال که فاقد حساب بانکی خود هستند، ملزم به ارائه صورتحساب بانکی یا گواهی مالی پدر یا مادر با مبلغ حداقل ۸۰۰.۰۰۰.۰۰۰ ریال می باشند. • در صورتحساب بانکی باید مدت گواهی گردش مالی حداقل ۳ ماه باشد. • کپی صورت حساب بانکی یا گواهی مالی قابل قبول نیست.
- تأییدیه بلیط هواپیما یا رزرو پرواز (اصل سند) • باید توسط شرکت هواپیمایی یا مسافرتی صادر شده باشد و باید شامل نام، شماره پرواز، و تاریخ ورود و خروج متقاضی باشد.
- مدارک اقامتی برای کل مدت اقامت در تایلند (سند اصلی)، لطفاً یکی از اسناد زیر را ارائه دهید؛
۶.۱ تأیید رزرو هتل (مربوط به بلیط هواپیما)
۶.۲ در صورت داشتن کاندومینیوم / آپارتمان / خانه: کپی از مالکیت متقاضی الزامی است.
۶.۳ در صورت اجاره کانکس / آپارتمان / خانه : کپی قرارداد اجاره (منقضی نشده) و کارت شناسایی مالک الزامی است.
6.4 در صورت اقامت با دوست یا خانواده، مدارک زیر از A-B الزامی است
الف. نامه دعوت از دوست یا خانواده (شامل نام نویسنده، رابطه با متقاضی، آدرس محل اقامت، مدت اقامت، تماس و امضای نویسنده).
ب. یک کپی از کارت شناسایی (کارت شناسایی) دوست یا خانواده
• در مورد تبعه تایلندی، باید یک کپی از کارت شناسایی و ثبت نام خانه که شامل آدرس و نام باشد ارائه دهید.
• در مورد خارجی، باید یک کپی از گذرنامه (صفحه عکس و صفحات معتبر ویزای) و در صورتی که خارجی به طور قانونی در تایلند کار می کند، باید یک کپی از مجوز کار معتبر نیز ارائه دهد.
مدارک اقامت دائم ایران
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter Thailand for the purpose of tourism, training (Muay Thai, Thai massage, Thai cooking class, scuba diving)
<REQUIRED DOCUMENTS>
Valid Passport not less than 6 months and has at least TWO completely empty pages. Visa Application Form and one colour photograph (size 3.5×4.5cm) (with white background) taken within 6 months to reflect your current appearance. A copy of passport and ID card An original bank statement or financial certificate (in English only) The bank statement or financial certificate must contain the amount at least 400,000,000 IRR per person or at least 800,000,000 IRR per family. • Applicant under the age of 20 years who do not have their own bank account is required to submit a bank statement or financial certificate of either father or mother with the amount at least 800,000,000 IRR. • The bank statement of certificate must provide the turnover period at least 3 months. • Copy of bank statement or financial certificate is not acceptable. Airline ticket or flight booking confirmation (original document) • Must be issued by airline or travel company and must contain the applicant’s name, flight number, and date of arrival and departure. Evidence of accommodations for the entire duration of stay in Thailand (original document), please provide one of following documents;
6.1 Hotel booking confirmation (corresponds to the air ticket)
6.2 In case of owning condominium
- ۶.۲ In case of owning condominium / apartment / house : Copy of applicant’s ownership is required
۶.۳ In case of renting condominium / apartment / house : Copy of the lease agreement (not expire) and landlord’s ID card is required.
۶.۴ In case of staying with friend or family, the following documents from A-B is required
A. Invitation Letter from friend or family (including name of the writer, relationship with the applicant, address for staying, length of stay, contact, and signature of the writer).
B. One copy of Identification Card (ID Card) of friend or family
• In case of Thai national, must submit a copy of ID card and House Registration which include address and name.
• In case of foreigner, must submit a copy of passport (photo page and valid visa pages) and, in case of foreigner legally working in Thailand, must also submit a copy of valid work permit. - Proof of permanent residence in Iran
- Notes
- Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary.
- Visa Fee must be paid in cash only. Visa Fees are not refundable in any cases.
- Legal migration procedures: In case a false or forged document is submitted in the framework of a visa application the visa will be refused and may be prosecuted.
